Alan Naughton ​

Alan is an integrative psychotherapist, drawing upon different therapeutic approaches and schools of thought to suit each client's needs. He primarily works with adults presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, and low self-esteem. He has interests in metacognitive psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.
